My name is David Lyne and I am the principal of Home and Property Improvements. I have been involved in the residential Building industry for over 40 years. My Building career has taken me to various aspects of residential building constructing extensions, alterations, decks & pergolas, second story conversions, new homes and small commercial buildings.

Now living in the Tea Gardens /Hawks Nest area, my focus has changed to medium to small building projects and rectification work. If you require any residential building work we can certainly help.
